Proskauer has added Sean Darling as a partner in its Global Finance practice in London, focusing on Industrials, Real Assets, and related sectors. Sean advises lenders, sponsors, borrowers, and portfolio companies on complex financing transactions. His arrival strengthens the firm’s capabilities at the intersection of leveraged and infrastructure finance.
