Admitted to the Paris bar in 2023, Antoine Catala has joined the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions teams of Chammas & Marcheteau as an Associate.
Antoine Catala holds a Master’s degree (Master II) in Business Law Practice (Business Law and Management Program) from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Lille, a Grande École degree and an LL.M. in Law and Tax Management (Business Law and Management Program) from EDHEC Business School, as well as a University Diploma (D.U.) in Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
