Modern Networks Limited’s shareholders sold a majority stake to private equity investor Horizon Capital.

With a client base include CBRE, Savills, Cushman and Wakefield, CEG, JLL, Knight Frank, Avison Young and Colliers, Modern Networks currently work with thirty top commercial real estate agents and provide IT support and managed services to over 1800 office buildings and shopping centres.
