Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2013, Marie-Victoire Joubeaud mainly works in the field of business law. She advises and supports her clients—SMEs, mid-sized companies, corporate groups, start-ups, and business leaders—on share transfers and acquisitions, company sales, and private equity transactions, at every stage of the deal process. She also assists them with the structuring and governance of their companies and corporate groups. Her scope of work covers shareholder and executive relationships (including the negotiation of shareholders’ agreements), intra-group relations, executive compensation, and employee shareholding schemes (BSPCE, free shares, stock options, etc.).
Marie-Victoire Joubeaud has also developed specific expertise in taxation, including the tax structuring of corporate / M&A transactions, as well as in private wealth law. She advises business leaders and private clients, both residents and non-residents, on wealth structuring and estate planning, personal and wealth taxation, international mobility, and business transfers and succession.
