Jason Cross and Preston Enoch have joined BakerHostetler’s Dallas office as partners in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and members of the Commercial Litigation team.
They join from an Am Law 150 firm where Cross served as the Dallas office managing partner.
Cross and Enoch have significant experience in high-exposure matters across a wide range of industries.
They represent clients in complex commercial disputes in courts across the United States and in international arbitration, making them an immediate asset to clients across the country and internationally.
Previously with an Am Law 150 firm, Cross, who served as the managing partner of the firm’s Dallas office, and Enoch expand BakerHostetler’s trial capabilities in Dallas with their addition as experienced litigators who handle complex disputes from early strategy through trial. Their practices complement BakerHostetler’s national litigation team and support clients managing increasingly sophisticated commercial matters. Cross and Enoch’s arrival marks the Dallas office’s fourth litigator to join this month and follows the addition of prominent Dallas attorney Lisa Gallerano.

About Cross and Enoch
Cross is a seasoned trial lawyer who represents clients in a variety of industries, including energy, retail, bio-agriculture, restaurants, healthcare, manufacturing and technology, and in complex commercial disputes in U.S. courts and international arbitration. He handles matters at all stages of the dispute process, from pre-suit strategy and emergency injunctive relief through trial and final resolution. Cross regularly appears in state and federal courts across the country and, for clients involved in cross-border disputes, in front of arbiters and tribunals under the rules of some of the world’s leading arbitral institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce, London Court of International Arbitration and Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
Cross often handles cases involving breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets, unlawful competition, defamation and other business torts. He frequently litigates disputes arising from high-value transactions.
Cross received his B.A. from the University of Missouri and his J.D. from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
Enoch started his career trying cases at a well-known Dallas firm as part of a storied Texas legal family and is now writing his own chapter in that story. He currently represents businesses and individuals in significant disputes across state and federal courts throughout the country. An accomplished trial lawyer, Enoch excels in the courtroom and is extremely focused on every stage of litigation. He regularly manages high profile matters from early case strategy through trial, representing clients in cases involving fraud, defamation, breach of contract, deceptive trade practices, unfair competition and claims related to confidential information and trade secrets.
Enoch focuses his practice on commercial disputes, where he is known for developing disciplined litigation strategies and delivering powerful results in the courtroom. He has extensive trial experience in significant, complex disputes, including securing a unanimous million-dollar-plus jury verdict.
He received his B.A. from the University of Oklahoma and his J.D. from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
