Mondini Bonora Ginevra Studio Legale announce the appointment of Avv. Valentina Bonora and Avv. Guido Bortoluzzi as new partners of the Firm, effective as of 1 January 2026, further strengthening our civil and commercial litigation, corporate law, banking and finance, and commercial contracting practices.
Valentina Bonora specialises in international commercial contracts, an area in which she advises and represents clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters. She also advises on commercial and corporate law, succession law, litigation and debt recovery.
Guido Bortoluzzi specialises in corporate law, insolvency and financial markets law, in both contentious and non-contentious matters, with particular focus on commercial contracts, M&A transactions, business transfers and corporate reorganisations. He also advises on real estate law.
