Xindao’s Acquisition of Vinga

Clifford Chance and Hannes Snellman advised Xindao on the deal.

Xindao, a portfolio company of its long-standing client private equity investor Rivean Capital, on the acquisition of Vinga AB, one of the leading Nordic providers of business gifts and gift cards.

The acquisition strengthens Xindao’s position as the leading European provider of sustainable business gifts. Xindao and Vinga have complimentary organisations and share a similar product vision and management culture. Xindao will benefit from Vinga’s extensive experience in gift cards, whereas Vinga will leverage Xindao’s market-leading sustainability knowledge.

This transaction builds on Clifford Chance’s market-leading Private Equity and Consumer Goods and Retail sector expertise. The team in Amsterdam consisted of Pieter Leefers and Jorrit Sijl under the supervision of Stephanie Horowitz (Picture) and Tim Heerschop (Corporate).
