Cole Schotz P.C. announced that Nino G. Cammalleri has returned to the firm as a member in the Real Estate Department in the firm’s New Jersey office. Mr. Cammalleri’s practice will focus on the acquisition, disposition, leasing and development of commercial and mixed-use properties.
Mr. Cammalleri’s return marks the second recent boomerang hire for Cole Schotz, following Luis Salazar returning last year tolaunch the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Cammalleri’s arrival also follows last week’s announcement of Cynthia J. Liba joining the firm as special counsel, reflecting continued growth across the New Jersey office.

Mr. Cammalleri rejoins Cole Schotz from Seritage Growth Properties, where he was Senior Vice President and Real Estate Counsel and served on the company’s management team. At Seritage, Mr. Cammalleri oversaw the legal aspects of leasing activity and advised on development and land use matters.
Mr. Cammalleri earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from Drew University. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
