WELL Health Technologies Corp. (TSX: WELL) completed a bought deal public offering of common shares for gross proceeds of approximately $34.5 million (including the full exercise of the over-allotment option).
The offering was underwritten by a syndicate of underwriters co-lead by Eight Capital and Stifel GMP and including Canaccord Genuity Corp., CIBC World Markets Inc., PI Financial Corp., Laurentian Bank Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., TD Securities Inc., Echelon Wealth Partners Inc., Haywood Securities Inc., Paradigm Capital Inc., Beacon Securities Limited and Roth Canada Inc.
