Vimian Group AB announced the listing of and commencement of trading in its ordinary shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
Immediately prior to the Listing, Vimian carried out a Private Placement of existing and newly issued shares to domestic and international qualified investors. The Private Placement attracted very strong interest from high-quality institutional investors, including SEK 5.1 billion in cornerstone investments as previously announced, and was oversubscribed multiple times. Trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market commences today on 18 June 2021. Assuming the Over-Allotment Option is exercised in full, the value of the Private Placement will amount to c. SEK 8.4 billion and correspond to c. 28 per cent of the total number of shares in the Company.
