Viking Venture’s Acquisition of WorkPoint

Moalem Weitemeyer assisted Viking Venture on the deal.

Viking Venture, one of the leading software investors in the Nordics, announced the acquisition of WorkPoint. WorkPoint has great scalable potential, and the investment of DKK 110 million in the company is the largest to date for Norwegian software investor Viking Venture.

WorkPoint is a SaaS company offering WorkPoint 365, a platform for information and knowledge management embedded in Microsoft 365 that help companies handle the ever-increasing amount of data, documents and emails.
