Preem’s $2.2 Billion Credit Facilities and High Yield Bonds

Mayer Brown advised Preem AB with a team including Bernd Bohr (Debt Capital Markets), Meredith Campanale (Finance), Robert Flanigan (Finance), Andy Kolacki (Picture – Finance).

Preem AB (publ) announced the entry into an approximately US$ 300 million term facility with AB Svensk Exportkredit (the SEK Facility) and an amendment and restatement of its up to US$1.6 billion multi-currency revolving borrowing base facility (the Borrowing Base Facility). 

Preem Holding AB (publ) also announced its debut offering of €340 million of Senior Notes due 2027, in accordance with the Preem Green Financing Framework. The green high yield bonds will be listed on The International Stock Exchange.

Preem, headquartered in Stockholm, is Sweden’s largest fuel company.
