Ocado Retail Limited’s New Fulfilment Centre In Luton

Ocado in connection signed an agreement for its new customer fulfilment centre (CFC) at Panattoni Park, Luton, which will comprise 346,132 square feet. Ocado has taken a 20-year lease and, once completed, the facility will bolster its distribution capabilities across Bedfordshire.

The Slaughter and May team worked alongside Hope Mason (Legal Counsel – Real Estate) from Ocado’s in-house legal team.
