A subsidiary of Wilmington plc, the provider of data, information, education and training in the global Governance, Risk and Compliance markets, agreed to sell its financial training business, AMT, for £23.4 million to StreetMasters Intermediate, Inc, a US holding company of Training The Street, LLC. The AMT business includes entities in Hong Kong, the USA and the United Kingdom.
