The £200m fundraise was made by means of a placing and offer for subscription, substantially exceeding the maximum initial target for the raise of £100m.
The transaction includes an ongoing placing programme.
Macfarlanes has advised Supermarket Income REIT on a significant number of equity raises in the years following its IPO in 2017, on which the firm also advised.
