Tishman Speyer’s £86.5 Million Acquisition Of Angel Square From Derwent London

Derwent London sold Angel Square, Islington to Tishman Speyer for £86.5 million.  The 126,200 sq. ft. development consists of three connected buildings around a central square.

Completion of the purchase is due next month, with the financing of the acquisition being led by partner Mark Waghorn, and consultant Ronan Armstrong.
