Towerbrook, Capza Expansion and Raise’s Investment in Epsa

Ayache advised Towerbrook, Capza Expansion and Raise Investissement. White & Case advised Epsa. Mayer Brown advised Raise Investissement.

EPSA, a French consulting firm, and its main shareholders announced a joint minority investment from TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P., RAISE Investissement and CAPZA Expansion.

EPSA management will remain as majority shareholders. The investment will help drive EPSA’s long-term growth initiatives, which include accelerating the evolution of service offerings, investing in digital solutions and strategically expanding via organic growth and targeted bolt-on acquisitions.

EPSA specialises in operational performance, business process outsourcing, innovation and supply chain management.
