Thomson Geer is pleased to announce the appointment of respected Adelaide banking and finance lawyer Andrew Kedzior to the firm as a Partner.
Andrew will lead the Thomson Geer Banking and Finance team in Adelaide following the decision of Partner Stephen Lyons to step back from his practice.
Andrew has worked with large international banks and major financial institutions and acts for lenders, investors, borrowers, issuers, vendors and purchasers. He has been part of many of South Australia’s largest financing transactions and his clients include major Australian companies across a range of industries.

Andrew has been recognised by Best Lawyers as Lawyer of the Year for Project Finance and Development Practice in 2022 and Banking & Finance in 2020. He has also been listed by Best Lawyers for his work in Asset Finance Law, Banking and Finance Law, Debt Capital Markets Law, Equipment Finance Law, Project Finance and Development Practice and Structured Finance Law.
Andrew was a Partner at Adelaide firm Finlaysons Lawyers for 25 years.
