The Bank of New York Mellon’s $1.3 Billion Notes Offering

The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation announced its registered offering of $850 million Senior Medium-Term Notes series J due 2027 and $450 million Senior Medium-Term Notes series J due 2032.

The joint book-running managers for the offering were BofA Securities, Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, UBS Securities LLC and BNY Mellon Capital Markets, LLC. The transaction priced on January 19, 2022, and is expected to settle on January 26, 2022.
