Superstruct Entertainment’s Acquisition of ID&T

LiveStyle, the largest global producer of live events and digital entertainment content focused on electronic music, completed the sale of ID&T to Superstruct.

The organiser of events such as Mysteryland and Awakenings comes into the hands of the British Superstruct Entertainment, the parent company behind major international festivals such as Sziget in Hungary and Wacken Open Air in Germany. Together, the parties involved in the transaction expect to be in a strong position when the festival market returns to normal next year and the years thereafter.

Superstruct Entertainment is backed by private equity firm Providence Equity Partners, which specializes in the media, communications, entertainment, software, and services industries.
