The US$90m refinancing was secured by a consortium of seven local and international financial institutions, led by AIB Bank N.V. The new syndicated loan facility evolves the pre-existing note structure in a way that will both reduce interest fees and legal costs, improving cash flow for the airport which is vital to the regional economy.

The Simmons deal team comprised of cross border experts, led by Amsterdam-based financial markets partner, Peter Voorhees (Picture); London-based energy, natural resources and infrastructure partner Andrew Petry and supported by a broad team including associates Samuel Chapman and Shari Taylor Molloy.
