SentinelOne’s $616.5 Million Acquisition of Attivo Networks

SentinelOne (NYSE: S), an autonomous cybersecurity platform company, announced its definitive agreement to acquire Attivo Networks, an identity security and lateral movement protection company, in a cash and stock transaction valued at $616.5 million.

With the acquisition of Attivo Networks, SentinelOne extends its AI-powered prevention, detection and response capabilities to identity-based threats, setting the standard for XDR and accelerating enterprise zero trust adoption.
