PRO Unlimited, a portfolio company of EQT, executed the acquisition of Geometric Results, Inc. (GRI).

GRI is a managed services provider focused on workforce management. GRI is currently owned by MSX International (MSXI), another portfolio company of Bain Capital Private Equity.
