Devonshires announced that Andrew Cromb has joined the Firm as a Partner to establish a dedicated tax practice.
Andrew joins from Linklaters and will be based in the Firm’s London office. The appointment reflects the continued investment in areas where clients’ needs are evolving, strengthening ability to provide comprehensive and joined-up advice across practice disciplines.
With more than 15 years’ experience, Andrew advises on the tax aspects across corporate, real estate, and investment transactions.
Andrew has worked with a range of organisations, including private equity firms, financial institutions, multinational businesses and housing associations.
The new tax practice will complement the firm’s existing expertise and enable it to bring specialist tax advice on matters in-house. This will provide clients with access to tax related legal advice from the outset of structuring any given transaction.
