LawaL Legal & Tax Advisory is consolidating its presence in the field of public and administrative law. The Public Law Department, coordinated by Prof. Massimo Occhiena, Esq., is being strengthened by the addition of Prof. Fabrizio Fracchia, Esq., as Of Counsel and by the expansion of the team with new professionals.
The addition of Prof. Fabrizio Fracchia, Esq., Fabrizio Fracchia marks another step forward in the development of LawaL’s Public Law Department, established in early March of this year, reinforcing its position as a leading firm in the areas of substantive and procedural administrative law, public contracts and procurement, economic regulation, environmental and land use law, health and pharmaceutical law, as well as public employment and administrative and accounting liability.
At the same time, the Department is expanding its team with the addition of Attorney Lucia Carrozza as Of Counsel, Associate Attorney Francesco Castiglioni, and Trainee Pietro Cannobbio, creating a highly qualified team capable of offering specialized and integrated legal services to businesses, investors, public and private entities, and public companies.
Fabrizio Fracchia, Full Professor of Administrative Law at Bocconi University, is recognized as one of Italy’s leading scholars in the field. Throughout his career, he has combined his academic work with extensive professional experience. Author of numerous monographs and a wide range of scholarly publications, Fracchia is editor-in-chief of the journal *Il Diritto dell’Economia* and director of Bocconi University’s Observatory on Public Contracts and Sustainability. He has also conducted research and taught at prestigious international universities, contributing significantly to the evolution of national and international legal discourse.
