Fieldfisher welcomes Rodolphe Amaudric du Chaffaut as Partner within the Corporate M&A / Private Equity department in Paris. His arrival brings the number of partners in the Corporate team to seven, covering the full range of Corporate M&A, Private Equity, stock exchange and capital markets transactions.
Rodolphe advises both investment funds and founders, executives and managers on LBO transactions, mergers and acquisitions, disposals and capital reorganisations. With extensive experience working alongside investors as well as management teams, he offers expertise spanning the entire investment cycle and a cross-functional understanding of Private Equity and M&A issues.
His practice covers a wide variety of sectors, with a strong focus on financial services, regulated accounting and advisory professions, education, energy transition, healthcare and digital.

Rodolphe holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in International Business Law and the Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise (DJCE) from Aix-Marseille University. He is also a graduate of the IEJ Jean Domat (Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne) and the École de Formation du Barreau (EFB). Before joining Fieldfisher, he worked at leading international law firms, advising clients on their transactions in France and abroad.
