Holding a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a specialization in Tax Law from the same institution (COGEAE), she also brings a robust professional background built at some of Brazil’s most renowned law firms. Her academic background also includes international specializations at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in Advanced Negotiation and Mediation, and Corporate Law and Governance.
With more than 15 years as a tax attorney, Patricia has built extensive experience in administrative and judicial tax proceedings involving federal, state, and municipal taxes. The new partner stands out for defining and executing litigation strategies, as well as providing specialized support in due diligence procedures in connection with M&A, special situations and legal claims transactions.
