FDL Studio Legale has completed of the first legal clinic organized as part of its partnership with B4i – Bocconi for Innovation, in support of the startup SPS Fulfillment. The initiative is part of the activities dedicated to start-ups under the acceleration programme and is funded by the “B4i Fund”, the vehicle through which the programme invests in start-ups.
SPS Fulfillment is an innovative startup operating in the logistics and e-commerce fulfillment sector, focused on optimizing management, warehousing, and shipping processes for brands and digital operators. The company develops integrated solutions designed to support the growth of online businesses through flexible, scalable, and technologically advanced logistics services.
This engagement marked the first project completed by FDL in its capacity as legal partner to B4i, confirming the firm’s role in supporting innovative startups and high-potential businesses throughout the various stages of their growth journey.
The legal clinic involved a multidisciplinary team comprising Partners Mario Cozza and Giuseppe Cattani, Senior Associate Stefano Zandegiacomo, and Of Counsel Sasha Picciolo, who assisted SPS Fulfillment in analyzing and managing the key legal issues related to the development of the business project.
The initiative is part of a broader collaboration between FDL Studio Legale and B4i – Bocconi for Innovation, launched with the aim of providing startups with qualified professional expertise, thereby contributing to their growth of an increasingly structured and competitive innovation ecosystem.
