Gibson Dunn has announced that Andrew (Andy) Hogan has joined the firm’s New York office as a partner in its Finance and Investment Funds Practice Groups. Andy represents investment funds, fund sponsors, and lenders in a broad range of complex and bespoke fund-level and fund-adjacent financing transactions, including subscription, net asset value (NAV) and hybrid facilities, structured fund finance transactions, and financings utilizing structured finance and securitization techniques.
Andy’s arrival builds on Gibson Dunn’s growing fund finance and structured capital platform, following the addition of Duncan McKay as Head of Fund Finance in 2025.

Andy represents borrowers and lenders in a broad range of fund finance and structured finance transactions, including subscription facilities, hybrid and NAV facilities, unencumbered asset facilities, special purpose vehicle financings, rated note transactions, and collateralized fund obligations. He brings deep experience advising on complex and bespoke financings that utilize structured finance and securitization techniques. He advises clients throughout the life cycle of these transactions, from structuring and term sheet negotiations through documentation, closing, amendments, refinancings, and other ongoing financing matters.
