Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright announces that Mandip Singh Sagoo has joined the firm as an insurance disputes partner in London.
Mandip joins from Clyde & Co, where he focused on advising insurers on complex, multi-jurisdictional notifications and claims, in financial lines, D&O and W&I. Mandip’s practice centres on supporting insurers on coverage for claims that involve international civil and criminal disputes and regulatory investigations, including matters involving the US SEC and DOJ, as well as the UK SFO and FRC, across a wide range of insureds globally.
He has a long-standing reputation in both the London and international insurance markets in financial institutions and D&O, and is one of a small number of lawyers recognised for their deep experience advising on high-value, high-profile claims for leading W&I insurers.
Mandip’s arrival follows that of leading insurance disputes partner James Cooper, who also joined Norton Rose Fulbright from Clyde & Co in January 2026.
