Bignon Lebray announces the appointment, effective 1 April 2026, of François Vibert as Counsel to strengthen the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice.

François Vibert has been appointed Counsel within the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice. He joined the firm in 2019 as a trainee and has since continued to grow within the team. His practice focuses on advisory and litigation matters relating to acquisitions, disposals, mergers, corporate restructurings and financing transactions, as well as disputes involving the life of commercial companies, governance issues and shareholder conflicts.
Drawing on experience gained through numerous transactions and contentious matters, François Vibert assists clients at every stage of their projects, from structuring and negotiating transactions to handling any disputes that may arise.
He advises a French and international client base, including players from the start?up ecosystem, SMEs, industrial groups, investment funds and family offices. His work covers both listed and unlisted companies.
François Vibert holds a Master’s degree in Business Law (2017), a University Diploma in Tax Law (2017), an LL.M. in Contract Law from the University of Lille (2018), and an LL.M. in Finance (“Financial Risk Management”) from the Lille Institute of Business Administration (2018).

At national level, two new partners were promoted in January 2026 and three senior associates were promoted on 1 April 2026.
