Schneider Pugliese announces the promotion of Pedro Bini to partner. The move recognizes a career built entirely within the firm, where he joined as an intern 14 years ago and has since progressed through various roles to become a partner.
Throughout his career, Bini has worked in a hybrid model, combining tax advisory and federal administrative litigation, with a focus on corporate income taxation, tax planning, and representing taxpayers before the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service and the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals (CARF). His practice covers complex and strategic matters, including transfer pricing, tax incentives, goodwill, PIS and COFINS credits, and tax planning.

Over the years, Bini has closely followed major developments in the Brazilian tax system, including the implementation of Law No. 12,973/2014, the adoption of OECD-aligned transfer pricing rules based on the arm’s length principle, the introduction of Pillar Two, and, more recently, the impacts of the consumption tax reform. He is currently advising clients on the transition from PIS and COFINS to CBS.
For Bini, the promotion represents an important milestone both professionally and personally.
