The law firm i2a Advogados has announced the arrival of Adriano Giacomini as a new partner in the Financial Markets and Banking Law practice.
Adriano has over two decades of experience providing legal and regulatory counsel to financial institutions and key market participants, having worked on structuring transactions and providing strategic advice in complex regulatory environments. His practice encompasses the structuring of sophisticated financing arrangements, funding instruments, derivatives, and international transactions, as well as advising on the establishment, authorization, and organization of financial institutions before the Central Bank and the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).
With an LL.M. from Columbia Law School and a specialization from FGV Direito SP, Adriano also participates in relevant regulatory discussions and the implementation of innovative structures involving financial products, risk management, and corporate governance. His experience includes in-house legal work, having served as Executive Legal manager at Banco XP and as a legal manager in various departments at Itaú.
