LawaL Legal & Tax Advisory strengthens its partnership with the appointment of attorney Luca Gobbi as Partner.
Luca works in the Regulatory, Corporate, Private Equity and Venture Capital sectors, under the coordination of Managing Partner Piergiorgio Mancone. He has assisted on numerous complex transactions on behalf of banks, asset management companies, financial intermediaries, investment funds and industrial groups, both in Italy and in New York.
Admitted to the New York Bar as an Attorney at Law since 2018 and to the Milan Bar since 2020, he holds a Master’s Degree in Law with a specialization in corporate and financial markets law from Bocconi University, as well as an LL.M. in Corporate and Business Law from Pennsylvania State University.
