A chartered accountant and statutory auditor, Domenico brings extensive experience in corporate taxation, with a particular focus on the banking, industrial, and agri-food sectors, and in corporate reorganization operations. He has gained expertise both in the professional field and at the Tax Administration, dealing with audits, regulatory interpretation, and taxation of extraordinary transactions. He has also served as head of the tax department of the leading agricultural representative organization, developing a deep knowledge of the law and taxation of the agro-industrial sector and contributing to legislative activity and dialogue with the public administration.
During his career, he has participated in task forces and ministerial commissions, working groups for IRES reform and the implementation of IAS/IFRS accounting standards, and has been a member of technical bodies of the ODCEC in Rome.
Author of numerous articles, he has published two monographs on business income and extraordinary transactions.
