International law firm Goodwin has announced the arrival of Sarah Barrau-Céville as Counsel in the Investment Funds Structuring department of its Paris office.
Sarah Barrau-Céville advises management companies and other asset managers on the creation and structuring of investment funds. She also works on secondary transactions, particularly in the context of so-called LP-led deals. More broadly, Sarah provides regulatory advice related to asset management, including the structuring and restructuring of management platforms and GP stake transactions.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Economic Law from Université Panthéon-Sorbonne and an LLM in International Business and Commercial Law from King’s College London. Prior to joining Goodwin, Sarah worked at Sullivan & Cromwell, Simmons & Simmons, and King & Wood Mallesons.

Sarah joins Goodwin alongside senior associate Faustia Gaspar Ferreira, bringing the total number of lawyers in the Investment Funds Structuring team in Paris to 15.
