Platinum Equity’s Structured Secondary Transaction for United Site Services

Simpson Thacher represented Platinum Equity on the deal.

Platinum Equity completed its structured secondary transaction related to United Site Services, the largest provider of portable sanitation and related site services in the United States. A continuation fund vehicle was raised in connection with the transaction that is backed by a group of leading institutional investors. The additional capital raised will be used to continue to invest in organic and inorganic growth initiatives.

Platinum Equity is a global investment firm with more than $25 billion of assets under management and a portfolio of approximately 50 operating companies that serve customers around the world.
