Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has announced that David Lacaze has joined as a partner in its real estate team in Paris.
David, who joins from Herbert Smith Freehills’ (HSF) Paris office, has a strong history in real estate M&A transactional work and has acted for financial institutions, investment funds and operators, and hospitality owners.
His primary experience is in real estate investment and private equity real estate, with a particular focus on the hotel and logistics sectors.
David, who headed up HSF’s Paris real estate team and was a partner at Paul Hastings for over a decade, has advised a broad range of international and domestic clients.
He will now work closely with Norton Rose Fulbright’s existing domestic and international teams, leading on cross border transactions involving real estate assets, strategic investments and joint ventures, as well as hospitality acquisitions and dispositions.
