Nadir Figueiredo announced the acquisition of Cristar TableTop S.A.S. in Colombia from Industrial de Materias Primas and Cristalería Peldar, subsidiaries of O-I Glass, Inc. The transaction is expected to be completed during the first half of 2022, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

Nadir Figueiredo is the largest glass tableware producer in Brazil and a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, a leading global alternative assets investment firm with more than $45 billion of equity capital under management.
