Educaedu, a Great Hill Partners (Great Hill) portfolio company, has been acquired by Miura Partners (Miura). The transaction signed on 31 December 2021 and closed on 13 January 2022.
Educaedu is the leading Spanish digital marketing services provider to the education and training and employment industries. The company develops indispensable online portals and comparison websites, supported by deep and long-standing relationships with its customers, which allow more than 100 million annual users to easily search thousands of courses and jobs. With operations across Europe and LATAM, Educaedu has an online presence in 20 countries overall and is considered the market leader in Spain and Mexico.
