Manuela Adrogué specializes mainly in information technology, data privacy and industrial and intellectual property. She has extensive experience working with the most innovative technology companies, and her expertise also includes comprehensive advice on data privacy, software, intellectual property agreements, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. She graduated as a lawyer from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and obtained a master’s degree in law (LL.M) from Maastricht University, along with the Data Protection Officer Professional certification for the European Union, from the same university. Prior to joining Marval, she served as Data Protection Officer and Brand Protection Analyst at Pointer Brand Protection/Corsearch in the Netherlands. She is currently a professor of Data Privacy at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
Luciana Virgile is a renowned expert in tax law with extensive experience advising banks and companies in the automotive, food, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and software industries and in the energy and mining sectors. Her expertise includes international and local tax advice on contractual and transactional matters, as well as in relation to labor issues, tax promotional regimes and digital economy taxation, among many other relevant areas in tax law. She holds a law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires and has a specialization in Tax Law from the same university. She was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Legal 500 and International Tax Review (ITR) and is currently National Tax Reporter for Argentina of the International Bar Association (IBA).
