Luz de Tres Picos’ $77.5 Million Green Notes Offering

Argentine wind farm operator Luz de Tres Picos said executed its offering of $77.5 million Serie 2 and 3 US dollar-linked green bonds in the local market, coming up short of the $90 million maximum it had sought to finance the construction of two wind parks.

Banco Itaú Argentina S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Banco BBVA Argentina S.A., Banco Santander Argentina S.A.,  Itaú Valores S.A., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China S.A.U, and Nación Bursátil S.A. acted as underwriters on the offering.

Luz de Tres Picos operates as a unit of the Argentine energy and cement company Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia (PCR)
