KMW pleased to announce that Luke van de Laar will be joining the firm as per 1 November 2022 as senior associate.
Luke started his career at Houthoff in 2013, where he was part of the M&A team for over nine years. He specializes in cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, including joint ventures, for both strategic parties and private equity funds.
Luke will play a significant role in the further development of the firm’s M&A and private equity practice.
