Lockheed Martin’s $2.3 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Davis Polk advised the underwriters in the offering.

Lockheed Martin Corporation issued an offering of $2.3 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes.

The notes were offered in three tranches maturing in 2032, 2053 and 2062. Lockheed Martin Corporation will use the net proceeds of the offering to redeem various series of its outstanding notes.
