Holaluz-Clidom’s €6.7 Million Shares Private Placement

Holaluz-Clidom, S.A. raised €6.7 million of new equity through a non-pre-emptive private placement of new shares representing 2.4% of Holaluz-Clidom, S.A’s share capital.

Holaluz-Clidom SA operates as a renewable energy trading company. The Company focuses on marketing and selling green energy to its clients, and it engages in assembly and management of electricity self-consumption facilities. Holaluz serves customers in Spain.
