Global Savings Group's €158 Million Acquisition of iGraal

Taylor Wessing, Bersay & Associés and KPMG Avocats advised Global Savings Group. Ashurst advised a leading financial institution on the granting of a €28 million credit facility to Global Savings Group.

The purchase price was paid in cash and in shares of Global Savings Group.

The transaction, worth 123.5 million euros, will allow GSG to become the largest e-commerce intermediation platform (couponing and cashback) in Europe.

Part of the acquisition costs will be financed by a loan from UniCredit Bank AG and paid in cash. The balance will be remunerated by shares in the company, making M6 Digital Services a shareholder of GSG.

Taylor Wessing advised GSG on the financing of the acquisition with Clemens Niedner, Michael Beyer, Stella Diez, Éric Charvillat, Sophie Nicolas (Finance).

Bersay & Associés advised GSG with Pierre-Louis Perrin, Océane Vassard, François Paulze d’Ivoy and Alexandre Ancel.
