The commercial law firm Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner has appointed Moritz von Kulessa LL.B. as Local Partner with effect from July 2025.
Moritz von Kulessa studied law at the Universities of Cologne and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and has been an attorney at FGvW since 2020. He is part of the Cologne construction/plant engineering team, which advises clients on German and international energy, infrastructure, and other construction/plant engineering projects. Moritz von Kulessa’s focus is on representing clients in project-related litigation, particularly in German and international arbitration proceedings.
Moritz von Kulessa will continue to work closely with Cologne-based plant construction partner Dr Jörn Zons, who emphasizes: “Moritz von Kulessa’s appointment as Local Partner is a further significant strengthening of our construction/plant engineering practice, and in particular our project-related arbitration practice.
