DHL Supply Chains’ Acquisition of Glen Cameron Group

Thomson Geer acted for DHL Supply Chains on the acquisition.

DHL Supply Chains, an Australian subsidiary of global logistic giant DHL, announced the acquisition of the Glen Cameron Group, a national road freight and contract logistics company.

The acquisition will strengthen DHL’s position in Australia’s road freight market and create one of the largest logistics companies in Australia with combined revenue of more than A$1 billion.

The Glen Cameron Group operates a fleet of 1000 trucks and trailers and has more than 820 employees around Australia.
