DFDL continues to grow its tax team in Asia, with new hires, Jidapa Tiamsuttikarn, based in Bangkok and Farhan Kabir, based in Dhaka.
Jidapa joins DFDL from the international tax team of KPMG in Thailand. Jidapa has extensive experience advising clients on inbound and outbound transactions, tax-efficient investment structures, cross-border tax issues, and permanent establishment risks.
Farhan is joining the DFDL team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Farhan advises clients on corporate and international tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence, transfer pricing, and tax incentives in Bangladesh.
