Develia’s $105 Million Bonds Offering

White & Case LLP has advised mBank S.A. on the offering.

Develia S.A. executed its offering under a bond issuance programme for a total amount up to US$105 million.

The bonds were offered to qualified investors in a non-prospectus public offering and were introduced to trading on the alternative trading system organized by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The bonds were registered with the National Depository of Securities.

Develia S.A. (formerly known as LC Corp) is one of the most active real estate developer groups in Poland, making commercial and residential investments in six of Poland’s largest cities: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Kraków, Katowice, Gdansk and Lódz.
